Alex Shinkarovsky has been training since his sophomore year of college and specializes in helping clients get lean and strong safely with proper form and alignment using weightlifting, cardio, pilates and yoga. At CHALK since 2014, he teaches weekly Bootcamp Flow, H.I.I.T, yoga and spin classes. He educates his clients on how to keep themselves healthy and exercise on their own, regularly advising on questions related to diet, nutrition and lifestyle.
Alex lives in the LES and as a former athlete of course enjoys his team sports and beer. He graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in finance and owns his own business.
