This 90 minute workout begins in the spin room with 40 minute uphill ride ending with 45 minute intense strength training session. You will challenge yourself to a total body workout.

Swaha - offering a sacrifice to the fire. Burn it and stretch it out with 45 minutes on the bike followed by 45 minutes of yoga.  A vigorous full body flow to release stress & increase energy.  *Taught as a complete class, come for half or stay for both!

Indoor Cycling classes offer something for everyone, from interval to endurance “fat burning” workouts.  If you are just getting into exercise or you are training for a Century ride, come enjoy an intense 45-55min of cardio!  Bikes are limited, so get here early to check in and get yourself set up.
