A two part 90 minute class designed for maximum efficiency and amazing results! We start with 45 minutes of Barre-Based/Lotte Berk Methods targeting the core, arms, booty & thighs. Followed by a dance-based cardio workout design to burn calories concluding with a mind calming yoga stretch sequence. *Taught as a complete class, come for half or stay for both!
A routine designed to work all major muscle groups from head to toe applying dumbbells, body bars, and steps. Sculpt your body by, first, building a foundation for muscle development, second, adding shape and tone, and finally, refining the muscles you develop. All levels are welcome.
Boot camp with a twist. We'll work on your core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in a high-intensity sequence to challenge the entire body. Sweat it out to your favorite music using interval training, free weights, plyometrics and more!

Strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility. Competition, camaraderie and intensity will be at an all time high in this 45 min HIIT class.
