Dion's Playlist

Prior to entering the fitness industry a decade ago, Dion was a high school athlete, participating in volleyball and track. Seeing friends and family struggling with their weight inspired him to learn about the human body and become a person trainer. Today, Dion specializes in building muscle and changing the body through weight training. He teaches a range of group fitness classes including calisthenics, body sculpting, ab/core, boot camp and spin.
