Madeline Wilcox is a Brooklyn based trainer, dancer, and performer. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Three Sisters Yoga in 2014 and the Kinesthetic Anatomy and Biomechanics of Motion of the Upper Limbs course with Irene Dowd in 2016. Madeline focuses on anatomical and functional movement patterns in her personal training sessions and uses a range of fitness modalities including strength training, pilates, yoga, barre, and H.I.I.T. Her sessions are customized for the individual needs, goals, and aspirations of her clients. She is passionate about invigorating and empowering clients both mentally and physically as well as promoting a body positive practice.
