Madeline Wilcox is a Brooklyn based trainer, dancer, and performer. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Three Sisters Yoga in 2014, the Kinesthetic Anatomy and Biomechanics of Motion of the Upper Limbs course with Irene Dowd in 2016, and the NASM Corrective Exercise Certification course in 2018. Madeline focuses on anatomical and functional movement patterns in her personal training sessions. She uses a range of fitness modalities including strength training, pilates, yoga, barre, and H.I.I.T. She is passionate about programming sessions that are customized for the individual needs, goals, and aspirations of her clients. In addition to empowering clients, Madeline is currently pursing a Masters in Social Work at Hunter College. She hopes her growing knowledge of mental health, therapy, and systemic issues will help foster improvement in the physical health industry as well as in her clients' lives.
