Anna’s lifelong love and pursuit of athletics began in Poland, where she was born and raised. Years of running track, speed ice-skating and competitive handball combined with a desire to help others achieve their goals led her to pursue a diploma in Physical Therapy from the Medical Academy of Poland and a degree in Exercise Science from the Swedish Institute of Health Science in New York City. Volunteering doing physical therapy for stroke patients, Anna saw firsthand how training can impact a person’s life. Training specialties include High Intensity Training, Circuit Training and Strength and Condition.
